Bollywood singer and rapper Honey Singh is suffering from bipolar disorder. He spoke openly about the disease. Honey said in her podcast that when she first learned about the symptoms of the disease and how much she suffered during her treatment?
Honey said that there was a time when he asked God for his own death. In an interview to ABtalks, he revealed that he battled bipolar disease for 7 years. Was he afraid that he would be able to live his old life again?

When did Honey develop symptoms of bipolar disorder?
‘A year after he started taking drugs, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder,’ Honey said. He used to smoke a lot during that time. Little did I know that these things would start controlling me. I first noticed the symptoms of this disease when I was on a world tour with Shah Rukh Khan. I suddenly became afraid of people and death. I started avoiding going on stage.
Honey asked God for her death
Honey continued, ‘Earlier I didn’t believe in any god but my mother did. Now I believe in God. Talking about his spiritual journey, he said that one night I told God that I want to ask for your forgiveness. I didn’t respect you. Never trusted you. Whatever form you are and whatever your name. I will respect you, I only want one thing from you. I want to die. Whatever is going on inside me, I can’t handle it. i am tired That night I asked God for death but I didn’t get it. I found a purpose in life.

How did Honey Singh recover?
Honey continued, ‘Then a new doctor came in, changed my medication and I was cured in four weeks. I started meeting people and slowly started facing life. Due to these drugs I gained 105 kg and lost all my hair. Still suffering from this disease but working.
