Anant V Joshi will replace Vaibhav Raj Gupta as ‘Annu Bhaiyya’ in ‘Gulak’.

‘Gulak’ is a popular family drama series. This series made the actors famous in every household. Viewers are eagerly waiting for its fifth season. A new update regarding the fifth season has surfaced. Vaibhav Raj Gupta will not be seen in the role of ‘Annu Mishra’ in the fifth season of Gulak. This character got him recognition. His character will be played by Anant V Joshi.

Anant got recognition from Virgil Bhaskar and Yeh Kali Kali Aankh. In his interview, Anant said, ‘Gulak has always been close to my heart because the Mishra family feels like my own. I have always been crazy about this world. Now it feels special to be a part of it. This time Annu Bhaiyya will play a more intense role. The upcoming season of Gulak will air on Sony Live. The makers have not announced the release date yet.

Anant V Joshi’s popular projects

Anant V Joshi has acted in many films, TV serials and web series. His work gained recognition from Alt Balaji’s series ‘Virgin Bhaskar’. He was seen in the TV serial ‘Yeh Kali Kali Aanke’. Apart from this, he was recently seen in the series ‘Mamla Legal Hai 2′. Not only this, he played the role of Vikrant’s friend Pritam Pandey in the film ’12th Fail’. In 2025, he played the role of Yogi Adityanath in the film ‘Ajeya’.

Vaibhav Raj Gupta is currently working on his next projects. He was last seen in the lead role in the Netflix web series Mandala Murders. His work in the series was not well received.
