Ranveer reaches Chamundeshwari temple after FWICE ban, apologizes over Kantara controversy

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is in the news due to his controversies. He has just reached the Chamundeshwari temple. He has publicly apologized for his mistake by going to this temple. He imitated the diva shown in the movie Kantara during an award function. An FIR was registered against him in this matter.
The court ordered Ranveer to go to the Chamundeshwari temple in Karnataka and publicly apologize for his mistake. Ranveer reached the Chamundeshwari temple after the court order. A video of it is going viral.

In the video, Ranveer is seen sitting on the temple floor apologizing for the mistake. After this he was seen worshiping in the temple premises. Users are reacting fiercely on this video of him.
Why was there a dispute?
Last year, during the Goa Film Festival, Ranveer replicated a divine scene in Kantara opposite South superstar Rishabh Shetty. Ranveer was heavily criticized after this. A case was registered against him in the police.

Ranveer banned
Some time ago, Ranveer suddenly decided to leave Farhan Akhtar’s film ‘Don 3’. Due to this, the tension between Farhan and Ranveer continued. On 11 April, Farhan filed a complaint against Ranveer with the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE). FWICE has been banned on May 25 in this matter. FWICE says Ranveer was repeatedly sent notices to present his case but he did not turn up. He has been charged with non-cooperation. Also, members of 32 different crafts associated with this organization will not work with it. Farhan says that he has incurred a loss of Rs 45 crore in the pre-production of the film.
