He continued, ‘I saw the video of the trailer launch in the morning publicly saying that we have spoken. We reserve all rights. Who did you talk to? I own this song. No one called me, no one on WhatsApp, no one talked to us emotionally or legally. Nobody called me. I don’t know what is happening in this country? The matter is still going on in court. However, these people are lying.

What did Ramesh Taurani say?

At the trailer launch, Ramesh Taurani said, ‘There is no problem, we have solved the matter and if any more problem arises we will solve it. This is a court matter and we will handle it.

According to reports, the movie ‘BV No 1’ was released in 1993. The song of this film was ‘Chunri-Chunri’ which is still loved by the audience. This song has also been used in Varun’s film. The film was produced under the banner of Pooja Entertainment. At that time Vasu Bhagnani had given the music rights of BV No. 1 to Tips Music. On this Vasu says that I only gave the music rights. I still have some digital and video rights. Now Varun’s film is produced by Tips. He has used this song again. Tips Music is dismissing Vasu Bhagnani’s allegations as baseless. He says he owns the legal rights to these songs. For this reason it has been properly used for many years. Currently, a case is going on in the court on this dispute.
