It is often seen that when singers come to a big event, people request them to sing 2 lines of a song. Singers also do this to entertain their fans. Recently, when someone asked singer Kailash Kher to do this, he refused. Kailash Kher said that this is a joke on an artist.

Kailash Kher recently attended a school award show. He said on the show that the artistry of singers should be respected. He attended an award show on 25 April where the host asked him to sing 2 lines.

Kailash Kher refused and said, ‘This is what I want to change, this is my heart’s desire, this is what I want to change. Singer or musician, don’t say that sir, sing two lines, set the mood. This is very wrong. Don’t even make this request. He continued, ‘Would you tell Sachin Tendulkar to show off by hitting just one six? No one on this earth does that or would ask a soldier to take his position and take a bullet. Don’t do all this. Don’t clone an artist. Don’t entertain the seeker. An artist is a seeker, he is of his own mind. His video is going viral on social media.

Some people say that Kailash is doing good. Some people say that if their 2 line lyrics bring a smile to someone’s face then it is true. Some people say that if any big producer, director, actor had said this, he would have refused.
