Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has not yet appeared in public. His father, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was martyred in a joint attack by the US and Israel. Mojtaba Khamenei was not seen or heard from for more than six weeks after his death.
Iran is going through its most difficult period. Now the question of survival has arisen for the Iranian regime. In these difficult times, the new leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is completely missing. This has led many to speculate that Mojtaba Khamenei is injured, has passed out, or is in no position to make decisions.

A CNN report claimed that Mojtaba Khamenei suffered a leg fracture, an eye injury and minor facial injuries in the US-Israeli strikes. Another report says that he is participating in meetings only by voice and is involved in major decisions.
Now the question is who is actually making the decisions? Is Mojtaba Khamenei really in control or has his position become vacant?

Experts say that Mojtaba Khamenei himself is not capable of taking major decisions. The system is proceeding with the conversation using only their approved names. Due to this, officials and top leadership are avoiding internal criticism.

Iran is negotiating with the US. US President Donald Trump has said that now very intelligent people are working with Iran. The talks are taking place in Islamabad, Pakistan, where Iran’s side is led by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi.
Iranian nationalists are considering even talks with the US as surrender. They want Iran to continue with more attacks. In such a situation, the leaders who are negotiating are facing pressure from both sides.
A few days ago, when Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi said that the Strait of Hormuz was open for trade, his own supporters attacked him. Iranian President Massoud Pezheskian was also criticized when he apologized to neighboring Arab countries.

How is Iran united in difficult circumstances?
